- What are the dates for the trip? September 1, 2017 – September 6, 2017.
A minimum of 3 nights is required to receive the group rate. The rate decreases on bookings 4 nights or more. To add extra days, please contact Queen or Mystique. - How much does it cost?
There are three different categories of accommodations that we have secured for the trip. Listed below are those categories and their cost. All costs are per person per night and assumes double occupancy unless otherwise stated.

Breathless is an all-inclusive, resort with a topless optional beach. Therefore, your rate includes food, alcohol, and entertainment. Relax in your stylish suite featuring spectacular views of the ocean, pool, and lush tropical gardens. Breathless Punta Cana features 750 guest suites combining contemporary and traditional Caribbean décor. Savor unlimited access to eleven gourmet dining venues where reservations are never required, four which provide communal tables for a more social dining experience. Choose from seven a la cart restaurants, two buffets, a grill on the beach, and a café. Entertainment includes daily activities, nightly themes and a live theatre. AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES.
- What personal info needs to be given when booking?
Please fill out the traveler information form in its entirety with information that matches your passport. - How do you obtain the Traveler Information Form?
The TI form will be sent to you via e-mail or accessed via the Facebook group FILES section.
- How can I pay for my trip?
Methods of payments: Cash, Money Order, PayPal, Bank Deposits and Credit Cards are accepted. Please note that there will be a 3% convenience fee for those paying by credit card using Square…manually entered credit card payment made through Square will incur a convenience fee of 3.5% +15¢ for all credit card types. - Preferred Payment Method PayPal transaction sent to info@exqexptravel.com if using this method please send via fiends and family to avoid additional transaction fees.
- How much is the deposit and is it refundable? A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 per person is due at the time of booking to secure your room and rate if you book prior to January 31, 2017. If you book February 1, 2017, or after, your deposit will be equal to one night’s stay per person in the room category of your choice.
- Will there be a payment plan available…If so when will it begin and end?
YES…Once the initial non-refundable deposit is received, a payment plan will be set up
The plan will consists of a maximum of 5 equal payments that total the remaining balance less the nonrefundable deposit. Payments will begin in February 2017 and end in July 2017. The entire balance of the trip must be paid in full by July 30, 2017. Monthly installment amounts will vary depending on the type of room you book and the date of the booking.
- Is there a fee for late payment?
Yes, there will be a $25 per person late fee for payments received after the 20th of the month. - How will I know my payment has been received?
Once a payment has been received an email receipt will be sent showing the amount paid and balance due. - Is travel insurance offered for this trip?
Yes, travel insurance is offered at the initial booking. Please contact trip coordinators for more details prior to booking if interested in purchasing travel insurance. - Will there be a checklist of what I will need to bring (pack), and a list of activities or events?
Yes, June 2017, you will receive a full itinerary listing all themed events and activities for the trip. You will also receive a “THINGS YOU SHOULD BRING” list via e-mail.
